Slipped Disc

Sometimes, this event is accompanied by strong back pain while in some cases the event may go unnoticed. The back pain brought on by this condition is generally caused by the protruding disc irritating nearby muscles and nerves.

Subluxation

A subluxation (sometimes called a misalignment) is a more common occurrence than you may realise. Often there is no evident back pain - just a little stiffness or discomfort. However, over time, a subluxation may affect surrounding vertebrae, discs, muscles and nerves by placing additional pressure upon them, or by altering posture and making nearby muscles work harder than they should. These subsequent events may result in back pain developing.

Back pain may be just one affect of these conditions. Because slipped discs and subluxations often place pressure on nearby nerves, the information flowing through your nervous system may become distorted, and in some cases this might affect elimination processes, blood flow and more.
